You will more than likely be able to book a great deal and in turn that will allow you to spend more money in the theme parks. Understanding Disney World TicketsThe Disney World Empire in Orlando, FL is a vast area of theme parks and attractions. Even if you have been there before it can be a little tricky understanding how to get around. Understanding what types of tickets you need is an integral part of being able to enjoy the Disney World experiences the way you want to. Disney World tickets are called “Magic Your Way” tickets. You can purchase 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 10-day tickets. 1 and 2 day tickets come with a service fee added and are mostly purchased by locals the day of. There are no discounts for 1 and 2-day ticket purchases. Discounted and special rates start at the 3-day ticket purchases. There are 4 major theme parks:
Water Parks and other activity parks:
There are 4 different options to choose from when it comes to purchasing tickets. All of Disney’s tickets are called “Magic My Way” so don’t get confused. Your 4 ticket options are… Magic Your Way Base Tickets – This allows you access to one of the four major theme parks each day. You are allowed to exit and then go back, but it has to be the same park you chose for that day. Magic Your Way Hopper Tickets – This option allows you to go in and out each of the 4 major theme parks throughout the day. You can visit multiple parks per day. Magic Your Way Base with Water Park Fun and More – Allows you access into one of the four major theme parks per day but also allows entry into the Disney Water Parks and other activity options. Magic Your Way Hopper With Water Park and More – Allows for entry into any of the major theme parks throughout the day as well as all the water parks and other activity centers. There are a few more options within the options, such as purchasing a 5 day pass gets you 5 days free and other discount options. Be sure you know which option is best for you. You may not want the hopper pass because you may plan to spend an entire day in one theme park. Above all, have a great time. Understanding Disney World tickets is a great way to get your adventure rolling fast! Walt Disney World Theme ParksWalt Disney World Resort, which covers 47 square miles, is a place that is truly is one of the most magical places on earth. When you take the Disney exit you actually drive out several miles before you reach the resort. It is like another world. It has its own land, its own system, its own everything! Everything you need is within the Disney World Resort area so there is no need for you to drive out anywhere else during your stay. Within the resort there are four major theme parks; Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. Each offers tons of attractions and rides that will have even the toughest critics smiling. There are also two water parks, Disney's Blizzard Beach and Disney's Typhoon Lagoon. To top it off, there is Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex, which is located in the huge entertainment complex known as Downtown Disney. Epcot CenterMost everyone knows about the main four Walt Disney World theme parks. You have the Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom and Epcot Center. Perhaps the most memorable Walt Disney World theme park is Epcot Center, as this is the one that people leave and end up talking about for months. Disney’s Epcot theme park was created not so much for fantastic thrill rides, but for a unique blend of cultural, experimental and futuristic fun and activities. You have all seen the gigantic silver ball – whether it is on TV or in real life, which is the sign that you are in Epcot. Located in the very heart of Disney World, Epcot offers attractions, dining and luxurious hotels to stay in. While in Epcot you will be able to visit Mexico, China and France all in the same afternoon. You can also visit futuristic worlds, check out new technology, and learn how to survive a test crash. Epcot originally opened in 1982 as the second major theme park – the first being the Magic Kingdom. It was originally called Epcot Center and then later changed to Epcot. The Epcot theme park is basically divided into two sections, Future World and World Showcase. World Showcase features eleven different countries. It focuses on the food and merchandise of that particular country. To make it even more believable and unique, citizens of the particular country you are visiting host each country. No theme park goes to such great lengths to make something as believable as Disney does. Future World is made-up of a variety of attractions, each one highlighting a different aspect of human progress. Test Track and Mission: Space is hands down the most exciting attractions of the Future World area of Epcot. You may also visit “the Seas” with Nemo and Friends. This slow-moving but state of the art attraction uses the latest technology to show you Nemo and his friends swimming through the open seas. This one is really fun for the kids! If you are visiting Disney World and fail to make it to Epcot it would be a huge loss. Epcot offers so many unique cultural and futuristic experiences that it is well worth the price of admission.
